Nyoomo

Black Ice Snowflake Ocellaris Clown Fish

Amphipiron ocellaris

This tank belongs to her and don't you forget it. The fish store attendant had a hell of a time trying to get her out of the tank, and when we first got her she spent the first ~72 hours zooming around at mach speed. Nyoom, nyoom! Nemo is too on the nose for a clown, thus Nyoomo.

Faberge

??? Ocellaris Clown Fish

Amphipiron ocellaris

Nyoomo's new boyfriend. Looks kinda like a Faberge Egg

CamoFrog

In loving memory

Mandarin Dragonet

Synchiropus splendidus

Lurking in the algae ever watchful for a copepod to eat. He has a frog face and awesome camo-like coloring. Animal Crossing inspired this name.

Tonka

Tiger Pistol Shrimp

Alpheus bellulus

A harder worker than Bob the Builder and will fight you if you say otherwise. If you ever get a chance to watch him work, the Tonka name will be very clear.

Pepe

Skunk Cleaner Shrimp

????

Wants to clean! Will clean your hand if put in the tank! Be wary! Named due to wanting to show love to everything and he's a skunk.

Tino

In loving memory

Saltwater Conditioned Molly

Poecilia sphenops

Wishing he had some lady friends to rizz up. Originally named Tina, because he loved to eat the food ("Tina eat the food!"), but we figured out he was a boy.

Koji Berry

In loving memory

Tangaroa Goby

????

Tangaroa -> Tangy. Koji berries are tangy.

Peak

In loving memory

Tuxedo Urchin

????

Tuxedos come (generally) in three distinct collar options. Shawl, Peak, and Notch. Because he is pokey, we decided "Peak" was the best name. Likes to wear hats.

Henri

Yellow Watchman Goby

Cryptocentrus cinctus

Yellow Watchman Gobies have a funny face that to us looks kinda like a stereotypical French charicature. So we needed a curmudgeonly French sounding name.

Taiki Scuttle

Tiger Tail Seahorse

Hippocampus comes

Taiki Scuttle is named after a Japanese race horse named Taiki Shuttle. Umamusume has taken hold of this household.
